CLAIMS PROCESS

To ensure fast and smooth processing, please submit claims exclusively via our GROFA Claim App and complete all required fields.

Once we receive your claim, you will automatically receive a credit note based on your most recently invoiced purchase price.

Important note: Defective goods with a purchase value under €500 do not need to be returned to us. By submitting via the GROFA Claim App, you confirm that the affected item will be withdrawn from circulation and will not be used further.

CLAIM HANDLING

In standard cases, processing is automatic – a credit note is issued without individual case review*, proof of purchase, or invoice number. The credit note corresponds to your most recent dealer purchase price in the system.

A replacement delivery is not provided; please reorder the goods if needed.
