We are pleased to inform you that the merger of ASE Action Sports Electronics GmbH (ASE) into GROFA Action Sports GmbH (GROFA) has been successfully completed with effect from September 1, 2025.
As a result, ASE has ceased to exist, and all assets, contracts, receivables, and liabilities have transferred to GROFA by way of universal succession. For you as our business partner, nothing changes – all existing agreements remain fully valid.
Through this merger, we are consolidating our strengths, creating synergies, and further enhancing our competitiveness. Our goal is to continue providing you with premium service and leading brands from a single source.
